Initial Assessment

Service Description

An initial psychology assessment must be completed prior to therapy sessions starting. This is to ensure I can gain a more in-depth understanding of your difficulties and what the best treatment pathway would be, for example, cognitive behavioural therapy, compassion-focussed therapy, or perhaps more of a counseling approach.
